When someone compliments you on your look, haven’t you always wanted to say: “It’s from Italy!” Well here is your chance. It is super easy to book your online virtual appointment from the comfort of your own home. Sit back, grab a cup of tea, or a glass of wine, and share your idea or image of the special design you would like us to create. We will do the rest.
We start with a one-on-one appointment with the designer herself. Our first virtual appointment will allow us to get to know you, the design you have in mind and the occasion for which we will be creating the outfit. We want to know how you envision yourself on that day: be it a birthday, party, wedding, a fabulous vacation, or any other event. We want to know if you have considered any of our online looks and your colour preferences, in order to create that perfect piece.
After we talk, we will immediately begin the designing process. This is where we will send you an email with 2 possible designs. Then it is up to you to choose one or the other or a mix of the 2. You can adjust and change anything you like by leaving a detailed message. We will then send you a design of the completed look and possible fabric choices.
Once you have confirmed both fabric and design, we will have a second virtual appointment, where we will walk you through the measurement technique, assuring that we have the accurate dimensions to create your one-of-a-kind look.
This is when we will start to create your garment. Once completed, we will mail the piece straight to you with the design included.
Now for the fun part: try your new garment on as soon as it arrives. See how it looks and make sure to have the right undergarments, bra, spanx, shoes etc to assure the perfect reveal.
Do not worry if there are small adjustments to be made, such as a hem or strap length. That can all be done at your trusted tailor, such as would be the case for any garment bought in a store or online.
If there is something more that needs to be done: no worries we have got you! Just send the piece right back and we will fix any alterations free of charge. We always guarantee the perfect look, feel and fit.

We send you the designs we have created based on your idea, You let us know if you would like to make any changes.
We set up a virtual appointment for you with our expert designer. They will guide you through the measurement process so we have all of your correct measurements to create your garment.
Once we have finished creating and handcrafting your garment, we will send it to you. Try it on and marvel at how beautiful you look!
